
Internal Communication
Internal conversation is employee to employee conversation for work related topics. We are not at all saying, do not be friends with your co-workers!
Conversations in regards to directing your daily tasks, how a product works, business operations and customer information is to be handled with care.
Th reason we have internal procedures is to keep your tasks coming from Carson or Sheri, ensure that the tasks are approved, protect Pizzazz Groups intellectual property, ensure we are following the NDA and confidentiality agreements and protect Pizzazz Group’s customers.
This is very clearly stated as well in other employees training that if they need information, their only contact is their direct report or Carson and Sheri.
Pizzazz Group takes the procedures seriously and it’s required to understand the procedures. If you are unsure about a procedure, ask Carson or Sheri.
If you break a procedure or suspect a fellow co-worker is breaking a procedure, you need to report the concern to Carson immediately.
3 Scenarios
Scenario 1: Internal Communication from Carson or Sheri – Provide whatever is requested.
Scenario 2: Communication From Development Team – We should work together to do our jobs better. We don’t share the customer list you manage with co-workers. This is based off confidential agreements and NDA agreements that we may have with our customers.
Scenario 3: Communication With Any Other Member Of The Team – Any requests that are in regards to tasks, customer information, products, tools we utilize or the process for product development is not to be provided. A ticket must be submitted and approved by Carson. Below are examples of what are examples of tickets.
You will then need to report this request to Carson. Carson will speak to the individual of the importance of procedure.
You don’t report to anyone other than Carson and Sheri. Also, information that you have is to be kept within the development team.

The VP of Sales That "Outranks" You & Is Intimidating Says: Can You Make This Small Website Edit?
Answer: Anything related to my work comes from Sheri or Carson. You can fill out a ticket at pizzazzgroup.com/ticket According to the policy, I will need to provide an email to Carson making him aware of this communication.

The VP of Sales That "Outranks" You & Is Intimidating Says: How We Rank A Google Map?
Answer: Anything related to process comes from Sheri or Carson to learn more about how we rank on Google Map. You can fill out a ticket at pizzazzgroup.com/ticket According to the policy, I will need to provide an email to Carson making him aware of this communication.

Development Team Member Asks: I Can't Figure This Out, Can You Help?
Answer: If you are able to help out a fellow co-worker, do it! The policy for communication is only limiting for customer lists and customer websites that you manage. This is to protect Pizzazz Group depending on type of agreement. If a customer list is needed, this can be submitted by a ticket. Carson and Sheri will keep you updated on approval or decline.
