How We Use GoDaddy
We use GoDaddy for domains and emails.
Below are examples:
Domain Searches
We use GoDaddy to search for available domains. All domains we host are within GoDaddy.
Transferring A Domain In
We are able to transfer any domain hosted inside or outside of GoDaddy to our GoDaddy account. A simple domain transfer request will allow us to move their domain from their previous host to GoDaddy. We DON’T need written approval from the customer and Carson or Sheri prior to transferring the domain in our account.
Transferring A Domain Out
We are able to transfer out any domain hosted inside our account to another hosting site. You NEED written approval from the customer and Carson or Sheri prior to transferring the domain out of our account.
Managing DNS
DNS translates domain names to IP addresses so browsers can load the internet resources. Within GoDaddy we have the ability to manage the DNS settings of the domains we host.
Help & Support
GoDaddy offers a 24/7 support line. You can choose to use this support line via chat or via phone number.
Puchasing A Domain
We use GoDaddy as our host to purchase the domains for our clients. All domains we host are within GoDaddy.
Renewing A Domain
We use GoDaddy to renew all of our domains. We are able to renew the domains for up to 10 years. However, we only renew domains for one year at a time.
Delegate Access
If customers have their own GoDaddy accounts, they can use delegate access to allow us to access their accounts and manage certain aspects of their account. In order to access a customers account we will need both customer approval and Carson or Sheri’s approval by email. We do NOT delegate access of our GoDaddy account to any customer.
Emails
We use GoDaddy to purchase emails for customers under their GoDaddy account. We do NOT purchase emails under our GoDaddy account. We can purchase as many emails as they would like for their domain.
