Who gets access to our Divi Account?

The development team is the only department with access to the login credentials. Pizzazz Group’s Divi login information shouldn’t be provided to other departments within Pizzazz Group, third party vendors or external customers unless approved by Carson or Sheri.

If there is a request made, you will need to contact Carson or Sheri immediately.

If Divi or another developer asks for access to our account to fix an issue what do you do?

There may be times in which we need additional help from an outside developer. If this is the case, you need to place in a ticket for approval from Carson or Sheri. We do NOT immediately give out our credentials unless the ticket is approved. We want to do everything we can do on our side prior to giving access. When we give access, we would create a new account for them and NOT give them our account credentials.

If Divi or another developer is approved access what is the next step?

Be thorough and document. You want to ask the following questions:

1. Have you fixed this issue before?

2. How long do you feel it will take to resolve the issue?

3. What can we do in the future so this issue doesn’t happen again?

When giving access to WordPress…We NEVER give our Pizzazz Group access but rather create a new unique login for the outside developer. Also, make sure when the project is complete, to DELETE their account so they don’t have access our the WordPress account.

If a sales rep, customer, or third party asks for what we can or can't do in Divi, do we provide this to the individual?

All mock ups and examples of previous work must be first approved by Carson or Sheri.

We have non competes with customers and some websites can’t be provided. Even if it’s a sales rep asking for other websites that they are referring to specifically, we don’t provide mockups or additional examples from other clients.

Your time is valuable and the sales rep, customer or third party must submit a ticket in order for a mockup or examples.

If you see a product that isn't being utilized but you could see being beneficial, should it be brought to attention?

Yes, absolutely!
