Monday Morning Individual Meeting:

This is a great way to recap the week’s priorities and ensure everyone is aligned on what needs to be completed. Typically, this is a quick 15-minute meeting where project timelines and expectations are reviewed.

What Is Covered

  • A clear summary of completed projects from the previous week

  • A clear summary of projects for the week

  • List each project with priority and expected completion date

  • Note any key deadlines or client expectations

  • Project clarification questions
  • Suggestions for process improvements, concerns, or ideas

Example:

Project A → Due Wednesday → Have Everything I Need

Project B → Due Friday → Have Everything I Need

Project C → Review call Thursday → Need Color Scheme

Friday Morning Team Meeting:

As a team we will discuss what was completed for the week. The meeting typically lasts 15 minutes and provides an opportunity for everyone to share updates on their work.

What Is Covered

  • We’ll discuss client feedback, areas of improvement and highlights
  • You’ll share with the team what you accomplished for the week

Communicate early, clearly, and often:

Keep everyone informed throughout your projects to your internal team. While some projects require minimal communication, others may involve more frequent updates and discussions. Don’t wait for issues to arise—when in doubt, it’s always better to over-communicate than under-communicate.
