The fastest way to get answers is to call or send a chat. To get an actual person, I would call. All other options require a lot of research to find the answer. 

Matterport offers phone support, chat support and Matterport Academy. I have also found that the social media user pages are good for asking questions with other Matterport users along with Google/YouTube.
