Divi Help & Support

Divi offers a 24/7 support line. To access divi support, you will need to visit elegantthemes.com and sign in to the Pizzazz Group account. Once you are signed in, you will see a little chat icon in the bottom right. Refer to the screenshot below.

Once you click on the chat icon, it will pull up the support chat feature. Here we can continue a conversation about a previous issue we were having or start a completely new conversation. It will also show you the reply time for your question. Refer to the screenshot below.

This feature will keep all of your previous conversations. You can always refer back to the Divi support chat as a resource.
