Adding Phone Numbers

By adding phone numbers to the account, call tracking can be enabled. There are many settings that we may use when adding a phone number to the account.

These include:

    Call Recording

    Play Greeting To Customer

    Play Whisper Message

    Create A Call Flow

    Call Flow 1: Direct To Voicemail

    Call Flow 2: Play A Greeting Followed By Transfering To A Phone Number

    When adding a phone number to a website that is one number, it will be “I’ll Use It Offline”. We will use static phone numbers in all situations unless you are directed otherwise. In the next tutorial, you will learn how to swap numbers based off how the website traffic originated.
