Website edits will come in via the websites@pizzazz-group.com email or directly to Carson’s email

Developers or Carson will create the ticket in Jira depending on the source of the incoming ticket

Ticket will be assigned to the correct epic (Website Edits) and a sprint will need to be created to add the ticket to the board

Ticket will be assigned to a specific developer

The developer assigned to the ticket will move the ticket through the corresponding stages on the board

Once the ticket is completed, it will be moved to the “IN REVIEW” stage

After being moved to the “IN REVIEW” stage the assigned user needs to be flipped to Carson Barnes

Carson will determine if the ticket has been completed

If No, Carson will revert the ticket back to its original assigned user and move it back to the “IN PROGRESS” stage with notes on what still needs to be done

If Yes, Carson will move the ticket into the “DONE” stage and later will remove the ticket off of the board

The developer is responsible for placing the completed website edit into Google Sheets as a completed website edit
