Inmotion offers a 24/7 support line. You can choose to use this support line via chat or via phone number. To access the chat or call feature from inmotion. Click on the chat and get support in the top right of the screen. You must be logged in to inmotion to access the support. Refer to the screenshot below.

Once you are the support page, it will give you options to chat or call with support. No matter what option you choose, you will need to provide a verification code. This code will be provided for you in the “Verification Code for Calls and Chats” sections. Refer to the screenshot below.

Click the “Launch Chat” button to start support via chat. Refer to the screenshot below.

To use the call feature, scroll to the very bottom of the support page there is a “More Ways to Contact Us” section. Use the information provided to reach out to inmotion support. The phone numbers change so please do NOT use the numbers provided in the below screenshot.

Our recommedation is that if it is an urgent issue, call the support phone # to resolve the issue immediately. The chat feature is great for when the issue is not urgent, you can chat with inmotion support while multitasking on other projects. Inmotion support is very good, most times it is easier to get on a 10 minute call rather than spend the time trying to fix the issue on our own taking much longer time.
