Automatic Website Backup Recap

We utilize automatic backups in a few situations. This is when the website edit requests are complete and during the build of a new website. The automatic website backups for the website edit requests are the first task done in the morning and the last task when leaving. The new website build projects are to be done M, W, F at 12am. Once the website is launched, it is moved to W at 12am. Once there is website edit, the automatic updated is set for the next day at 12am.

Manual Website Backup Recap

Manual website backups are complete on our external hard.

We complete the manual backups in two different occasions. 

1. Once a month after the website updates are complete  (wordpress updates, theme updates, plugin updates) and when no needed website changes are needed.

2. Upon Launch Of New Website do a manual backup.
