JotForm offers 24/7 ticket placement support. Here you can place a ticket for any issue you are experiencing while creating a form. In the top menu on the JotForm website there is a “Support” tab. Click on “Support” and then click on “Contact Us.” Here is where you will be able to place a ticket with JotForm. Refer to the screenshot below.
JotForm will let you know the average response time of when they will get back to you. You will need to have a write up of the issue you are experiencing as well as the link to the website it is embedded within. You have the opportunity to upload a screenshot for support as a reference as well. Finally, make sure to make the ticket private by checking the box at the bottom. Refer to the below screenshots as a reference.
