JotForm is the form builder we use for our websites. When we build forms, we have a certain process we follow.

Our Process:

• Each company has a folder within JotForm that we place their forms
• When naming a form, we first add the company name followed by the page in which the form is embeded and then add the form into the company folder. Example of Form: Pizzazz Group – Contact
• When creating a form, we add the information inside the form fields
• For style, you will view the CSS that is added to the forms
• Conditions are applied to ensure spam forms are filtered out. When the below keywords are added, the submit button will disapear.
  • Filtered keywords are SEO, Result, Pay Per Click, PPC, Photo, Rank, Key, Illustrator, Site, Image, Google, Facebook, Social Media, Domain, Websites, Collaborate and Copyright.
• Once a form is submitted, the email is to be sent to the customer’s email and forwarded to a thank you page.
