Products & Intellectual Property
Products which include but are not limited to trainings, Pizzazz Group products, Pizzazz Group programs, Pizzazz Group processes and Pizzazz Group customers are to be treated with care. The information is not be shared with anyone unless approval is given in writing from Pizzazz Group. All information must not be transfered on personal computers, personal emails, hard drives or any other forms of transfering information away from Pizzazz Group.
Company Computers
To protect Pizzazz Group’s data, you will be using Pizzazz Group’s company computers. When working remote, make sure to not use your person computer. Also, do not download apps or visit websites that you wouldn’t show your mother…to minimize the possiblity for malware and viruses.
Login Credentials
When it comes to your login credentials we utilize single sign on. Make sure to pick a password that is unique but a password that you will remember. You should not email your password or write down your password. It goes without saying that you are not to share your login credentials with anyone. We monitor the times in which logins are used and the location of the login to ensure that it’s you. If a login is detected oversees or in a weird time, we will notify you immediately to reset your password and shut off the activity on your account.
Personal Computers, Personal Emails & Hard Drives
Any and all Pizzazz Group information should not be shared with your personal computers, personal emails or hard drives. All Pizzazz Group data is to sit on Pizzazz Group computers and not exit in any circumstance.
Pizzazz Group takes the procedures seriously and it’s required to understand the procedures. If you are unsure about a procedure, ask Carson or Sheri.
