Vendor Communication
If you need to give a vendor our usernames and passwords for anything, you’ll need to get approval from Carson in writing! It doesn’t go without saying that we don’t want our passwords to get in the wrong hands. We will determine together if providing our login credentials is the right course of action.
Outside Communication
It goes without saying that we don’t want other companies or associates to gain access to our products, product tools or customers. This information should never leave our company computers and be communicated in any way to outside companies or outside associates.
Looking For A New Job
It’s weird to put in a training resource how you should handle company information when your looking for a new job. We are going to include it here so you know. Any work that you do, our process, how our products are developed and customers are property of Pizzazz Group. If you are interviewing, you may share the projects that you have completed and we will provide a list of the projects that can discuss in your quartlery meetings. If you aren’t with Pizzazz Group for more than 3 months, any information used in an interview must be approved by Pizzazz Group. If it’s at Pizzazz Group or another company that you work for, we want you to be succesful but not at the expense of the Pizzazz Group.
Pizzazz Group takes the procedures seriously and it’s required to understand the procedures. If you are unsure about a procedure, ask Carson or Sheri.
