
How We Use Synup
There are 3 main ways we use Synup. This is to correct and add business information to the 40+ search directories, provide customers an easy way to request reviews and sending out mass SMS campaigns.
Search Directories
Synup is a tool to populate the same business informatoin accross 40+ search directories. All we need to do is add the business information, and Synup will start to place in the correct inforation. Some search directories will be complete imediately while others may take 30 days. A search directory lists a business’s releveant busines information. Relevant business information includes business name, business hours, phone number, email, website and information about the business. Click here to view a list of different search directories.
Review Request
Synup allows our customers to easily send out review requests to their customers through email or SMS. A customer can also respond to reviews using the Synup software.
Mass SMS
Synup allows us to send out SMS to multiple customers at once. When mass SMS campaigns are sent out, it is sent by Pizzazz Group.
