This tutorial will show you how to send a mass SMS by creating a campaign, adding the text that will be recieved in the text message, adding the contacts by an excel spread sheet and launching the campaign.

We send out the mass SMS campaign on behalf of the customer. We do this because if they make a mistake and send out multiple mass SMS’s it could be a large cost to us. Also, the customer’s program doesn’t include mass SMS campaigns but an additional option that they may choose to purchase.
