
How We Use Zapier
The main purpose of Zapier is to provide the completed action across many platforms. An example would be when a person submits a Facebook Lead Form, that lead can be distributed to multiple emails, texted to the client, populated in Google Sheets and added to a calendar, ALL done instantaneously. This eliminates repetitive work and happens in real time.
JotForm
When a form is received, Zapier can distribute the submission as an example to Google Sheets, texted, or emailed.
Google Sheets
When a lead is received, the customer would like to see how many TOTAL leads they recieve over the course of a month (as an example). Google Sheets allows them to see this over a month rather than the leads that go to their email. The leads that go to an email could get lost in the shuffle while Google Sheets allows them to easily see all of their leads. Google Sheets also allows you to create “notes” next to each lead to see if the submission created the desired action.
Email customers or the customer’s customers through the Zapier software.
Path, Delay, Filter, Format
Path is the order in which the submission will be directed. If a piece in the path is “broken”, the action will not continue throughout the path.
Delay may be used if you want to send emails to a customer but you don’t want multiple emails sent at once but rather for the emails to be spaced out.
Filter may be used if there are certain products that need to be filtered to certain departments. As an example, if a form is submitted for a website, the website submission will be submitted to the website department. If a form is submited for Google Ads, the Google Ad submission will be submitted to the Google Ad department.
Format may be used to make the submissions easier to be understood.
Facebook, Linkedin & Other Social Media
Facebook and LinkedIn do not send the submissions to an email, Google Sheets or SMS. A customer would have to look into the particular social media channel to review the leads. With Zapier, the leads can be moved out of the social media channels and be emailed, texted, added to Google sheets and many other programs.
SMS
The quicker our customers connect with their customers, the better experience it is for their customers. We utilize SMS so leads can be received imediately.
Google Calendar
New Calendar, Event Canceled, Event Ended, Event Start and Event Updated, whichever the desired action, our customer can be informed in multiple places.
CRM
If you want to place a lead into a CRM (HotSpot, SalesForce, etc.) you can integrate leads to the desired CRM software.
